Sleep Enhancement Products, Inc guarantees that you will be satisfied with The Original FootFree Pillow.
As our customer, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Our satisfaction guarantee is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive from us, we will replace the product or refund the amount of your purchase, less shipping and handling, whichever you request.
To request a refund or exchange, simply call our customer service line at 1-866-366-8373 and our customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address. Send your product back to the address given to you by our customer service representative with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the return package. Your exchange or return will be processed promptly.
You can also fax your return request to 1-626-791-0154 or e-mail it to [email protected]. Your return authorization number and return shipping address information will be sent back to you by fax or e-mail which ever applies.
